What users say
2,3/5 based on 32 Google Maps reviews, retrieved on 11 August 2026
With an average rating of 2,3, criticism clearly outweighs praise, focusing on telephone service described as unprofessional or rude and on in-person administration. Reviews repeatedly mention long waits, understaffing, unattended desks, having to return several times because of poor coordination between SEPE and Labora, and inadequate treatment by security staff, although one isolated review praises friendly, effective assistance.
