What is Ayuda Trámites

Ayuda Trámites is the independent guide to understanding Spanish bureaucracy: appointments, benefits and the paperwork you need to work in Spain, always with a link to the official source. We are not affiliated with any public authority. All content is free; the website is funded by advertising and by recommended services that are clearly marked as such.

Sources of the office data

The office directory comes from the official public sources of SEPE and the Spanish state administration. For each office we store the source URL and the import date. When we manually verify an office, we show a verification badge with its date.

The full directory is available as an open dataset at /datos/oficinas.json: address, coordinates, phone and verification status for every office. Our own contributions (normalisation, geocoding, verification) are published under a CC BY 4.0 licence; the base data comes from SEPE's Red de oficinas and remains subject to its reuse conditions.

How the guides are written

Every guide starts from SEPE's official documentation (regulations, e-office and information pages). We write the explanation in plain language, structure it in steps and always add a block of official sources with direct links. Guides show their last update date.

Use of artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence tools to help with the writing, always based on the official sources linked in each guide. Key facts (requirements, deadlines, amounts and links) are checked against those sources before publishing and again at every review. News items are approved one by one before they go live.

What "last reviewed" means

The "last reviewed" date on the home page is the date of the most recent recorded editorial check of a published guide: it only changes when we review or correct the content of a guide (requirements, deadlines, amounts, official links), never because a new month starts or because we publish a news item. Each guide keeps its own review date; in addition, every quarter we check that the official links still work and that the key facts still match the source.

What we do not do

• We do not manage appointments or procedures on anyone's behalf.
• We do not request or store personal data.
• We do not charge for information that is public and free.
• We do not copy content from other websites; facts come from official sources and the wording is ours.

Errors and corrections

SEPE procedures change. If you find outdated information, write to info@ayudatramites.es and we will correct it, citing the source.
