What is Ayuda Trámites

Ayuda Trámites is the independent guide to understanding Spanish bureaucracy: appointments, benefits and the paperwork you need to work in Spain, always with a link to the official source. We are not affiliated with any public authority. All content is free; the website is funded by advertising and by recommended services that are clearly marked as such.

Sources of the office data

The office directory comes from the official public sources of SEPE and the Spanish state administration. For each office we store the source URL and the import date. When we manually verify an office, we show a verification badge with its date.

How the guides are written

Every guide starts from SEPE's official documentation (regulations, e-office and information pages). We write the explanation in plain language, structure it in steps and always add a block of official sources with direct links. Guides show their last update date.

What we do not do

• We do not manage appointments or procedures on anyone's behalf.
• We do not request or store personal data.
• We do not charge for information that is public and free.
• We do not copy content from other websites; facts come from official sources and the wording is ours.

Errors and corrections

SEPE procedures change. If you find outdated information, write to info@ayudatramites.es and we will correct it, citing the source.
