Most reviews here are quite negative: getting an appointment is nearly impossible, whether in person or by phone, and several people mention rude treatment at reception. There are a few exceptions where someone got helpful, friendly service. If you need to go, try to book an appointment well in advance since showing up without one usually doesn't work.
