What has changed

As of 25 October 2026, the information pages of the old sede electrónica (government e-office), sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es, show «ERROR [503] Ha ocurrido un error, vuelva a intentarlo más tarde» (an error has occurred, try again later). Among them are the pages on your expediente (case file) status (infoext2), Mercurio, the immigration appointment and tasa 052.

Immigration information now sits on the e-office of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, created by Orden TMD/618/2025 (BOE, 16 June 2025). The new e-office home page does not mention the move, and search engines still show the old addresses.

The services and the login are the same as before; only the address has changed.

Step-by-step help is in the guides to check your immigration application status, book an extranjería appointment and pay tasa 790 052. If you applied for the extraordinary regularisation, see the guide on your regularisation application status.

What still fails

The new e-office itself still links two services to the old address, which does not work. These are the form «Consultas dirigidas a las Oficinas de Extranjería» (enquiries to immigration offices) and the section «Pago de tasas de Extranjería» (immigration fee payment).

For tasa 052, the new tasa page does lead to online payment and to the form to fill in and print.
